The spritz

Ingredients:
• 50ml aperitif (Aperol or Campari)
• 25ml sparkling water
• 1 can of DayNNight Sparkling wine

Directions:
Drop a few ice cubes into the bottom of a wine glass. Pour 50ml aperitif (such as Aperol or Campari) into the glass followed by 25ml sparkling water and then fill up the glass with a can of DayNNight.

the atomic

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka
• 1 1/2 oz. brandy
• 1 tsp. sherry
• 1 1/2 oz. DayNNight Sparkling wine

​Directions:
Stir the vodka, brandy, and sherry well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and simply add DayNNight.

The French 75

Ingredients:
• 2 oz. dry gin
• 1 tsp. superfine sugar
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 5 oz. DayNNight Sparkling wine

​Directions:
Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar well with cracked ice in a chilled cocktail shaker. Strain into a glass and top off with DayNNight.

The Quila sunrise

Ingredients:
• 1oz Tequila
• 1/4oz grenadine
• 1.5oz orange juice
• DayNNight Sparkling wine

​Directions:
Pour 1oz tequila, 1/4oz grenadine, 1.5oz fresh orange juice into a champagne flute. Top with DayNNight Sparkling and serve.

The jito

Ingredients:
• 5 mint leaves
• 2oz rum
• 1/2 lime, 1tbsp simple syrup
• DayNNight Sparkling wine

Directions:
Muddle mint, lime wedges, and simple syrup in a shaker. Add 2 oz white rum and a splash of DayNNight. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with more DayNNight and garnish with a mint sprig.

the kir royal

Ingredients:
• 1/2oz Chambord
• 1 can DayNNight Sparkling wine

​Directions:
Pour 1 tbsp Chambord into the bottom of a champagne flute. Top with chilled DayNNight Sparkling and garnish with a fresh raspberries and/or blackberries.

the velvet

Ingredients:
• Guinness stout
• DayNNight Sparkling wine

​Directions:
Half-fill a Collins glass with stout and top up slowly with DayNNight Sparkling wine. Stir gently with glass or plastic rod.

the mosa

Ingredients:
• 1oz clementine juice
• 1.5oz orange juice
• DayNNight Sparkling wine

​Directions:
Fill a champagne flute halfway with orange juice and top off with DayNNight.

hemingway’s death in the afternoon

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. absinthe
• 4 oz. DayNNight Sparkling wine

Directions:
Pour absinthe into a champagne flute and add iced DayNNight until it clouds up (at least 4 ounces).Garnish with a lemon twist.

The fizz

Ingredients:
• 4 raspberries
• 1oz Chambord
• Fill with DayNNight Sparkling wine

​Directions:
Add four raspberries to a glass and crush with a pestle, add 1oz raspberry liqueur (such as Chambord) then top with chilled DayNNight Sparkling wine.

The lini

Ingredients:
• 2 parts DayNNight Sparkling wine (close enough):
• 1 part fresh white peach or mango purée

​Directions:
Pour a can of DayNNight into a champagne glass. Top with peach or mango purée.

The Julip

Ingredients:
6 mint leaves
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. bourbon
3 oz. DayNNight Sparkling wine
1 dash of Angostura bitters

​Directions:
In a highball glass, muddle mint leaves and simple syrup. Add bourbon, then ice, prosecco, and bitters, and gently stir to combine. Garnish with more mint.
